We will perform scheduled maintenance on Bill CAPture on Saturday, November 7, starting at 12:00 PM ET, as part of an infrastructure upgrade that improves the reliability and resiliency of bill storage.
We do not expect any service disruption. Bill CAPture, SFTP uploads and emailed bill submissions will remain available throughout the maintenance. Processing of newly received bills may be briefly delayed during this window, and anything received during the maintenance will be processed automatically once it is complete.
No action is required on your part. We will post an update when the maintenance is complete.
