Scheduled - EnergyCAP service will be interrupted next month April 20 - 22, 2024. During this maintenance window, our technical team will be conducting essential infrastructure updates and optimizations to enhance the performance and reliability of our services. As a result, access to EnergyCAP UtilityManagement and EnergyCAP CarbonHub will be temporarily unavailable for up to 24 hours starting on April 20th.

Additional services including Bill CAPture, Report Designer BI, and Bill Images may be temporarily unavailable for up to 48 hours. Bill CAPture processing will be paused at the beginning of the maintenance window and resumed automatically once maintenance is completed.
